A potential buyer (or seller) may want an independent perspective on the value of a home before making an offer, or listing a house for sale.  Estate settlement (divorce, death in the family, etc.) often requires valuation of real property.  We can provide a low cost  “letter of value” or a full appraisal that meets federal lending or IRS requirements—depending upon the need.   This range of products can be applied to vacant land analysis, single-family homes, condominiums or residential income properties.

Leasehold Analyses, Reopenings and Arbitration
